Trzëgard Tower (Tri-city Tower) - Concept design of a high rise building in Gdynia

Trzëgard Tower is a concept project of high-rise building with residential function located in the Port of Gdynia. Trzëgard means Tricity in the Polish regional dialect spoken in Kashubia, where the concept building is located. The aim of the concept is to show designed residential skyscraper as a dominant feature in this area contributing to the creation of a new "city" of Gdynia. The structure of the building is divided into three main parts symbolizing three cities. Basic data: Floor count - 40. Height roof - 150 m. Usable area - 30 000 m2. This animation shows a vision consciously omitting the local spatial development plan of this area. Such plans are often created inconsistently anyway. There is a skyscraper on the neighboring plot as we all know. With this cgi method we want to demonstrate that the higer we aim, the more we can achieve and we have a knowlege how to show it.
